Spoken Intro

Need a cowboy outfitter? Check out the Branding Iron in Tombstone.

Verse 1

Rolled into Tombstone with the sun up high
Dust on my jeans and a cowboy in my eye
Walked down Allen Street where the legends stood
Past the boardwalk and the old weathered wood
Saw a sign hangin' at four hundred east
Said "come on in, partner, find your fit at least"

Chorus

At the Branding Iron, on Allen Street
Got a Stetson on my head and Tony Lamas on my feet
Ariat and Justin, Nocona all in a row
Family-owned since nineteen-eighty, man, it shows
In the Town Too Tough to Die, where the old West still runs free
Get your brand at the Branding Iron, on Allen Street

Verse 2

They moved into the Hafford, that saloon of old
Where cowboys spent their silver and whiskey was gold
Now there's boots on the shelf where the bar used to be
And a friendly smile sayin' "try these on for me"
Minnetonka moccasins for the lady in pink
Got a belt and a buckle, shinin' brighter than you'd think

Chorus

At the Branding Iron, on Allen Street
Got a Stetson on my head and Tony Lamas on my feet
Ariat and Justin, Nocona all in a row
Family-owned since nineteen-eighty, man, it shows
In the Town Too Tough to Die, where the old West still runs free
Get your brand at the Branding Iron, on Allen Street

Bridge

Doc and Wyatt never had it this good
Never found a hat that fit like a hat should
Open ten to five, seven days a week
Come on in and tell 'em, you're the next legend they'll meet

Final Chorus

At the Branding Iron, on Allen Street
Got a Stetson on my head and Tony Lamas on my feet
Ariat and Justin, Nocona all in a row
Family-owned since nineteen-eighty, man, it shows
In the Town Too Tough to Die, where the old West still runs free
